Frequently Asked Questions

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids used in scientific and laboratory research. They are commonly studied for their structure, stability, and potential biological activity.

Are your peptides for human use?

All peptides offered by Northline Labs are strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only. While we have done extensive internal research, they are not cleared by the FDA for human use.

How should I store my peptides?

Un-reconstituted peptides should be kept in a cool, dark, and dry environment. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended to help maintain stability. After reconstitution, store according to the peptide’s characteristics and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

How long do peptides stay stable?

Peptide stability depends on storage conditions and formulation. Properly stored peptides generally maintain quality for extended periods, but exposure to heat, light, and moisture may reduce stability.

Do you provide COAs or quality documentation?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis and related quality documents are available for verification. We ensure transparency and quality for all research products.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are processed promptly, and delivery times vary by location. Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor the delivery.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Order changes or cancellations may be requested prior to shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.
